Chen Jun (CJ) has been with Asian Absolute since 2004, having been the very first colleague to join our Beijing team when the China operation was established.

CJ started out as a generalist, with a range of responsibilities typical to a start-up operation. As the team expanded she received DTP training and began honing her skills as a DTP specialist alongside her day to day office admin duties. Before long, CJ's natural talent and committed work ethic saw her working on significant projects for major clients including Sun Microsystems, Fidelity Investments and Siemens.

Having delivered consistently outstanding performance over several years, CJ was offered the role of DTP Manager in January 2008.

With years of experience working within the DTP team, CJ has a unique understanding of the individual talents and competencies of each team member. Her constant guidance and assistance helps to provide a productive, positive working environment.

"I love the DTP people," she says. "With a strong team spirit, we achieve the best we can together."

CJ's team deals with various up-to-date software and localization requirements, so keeping pace with industry knowledge and the latest software releases is very important.

"It's great - everyone is very keen to collect valuable experience and knowledge, while at the same time ensuring the best quality and deadline of every project."

CJ handles DTP projects in all languages, including double-byte languages such as Japanese, right-to-left languages like Arabic, and languages with non-Roman character sets such as Russian.

Originally from Hubei province, she holds a diploma in Accounting, and majored in Computer Science at HuaZhong University. Before joining our team, CJ spent several years working with an IT company in Beijing that specialized in marketing training, website construction and advertising design.

In her spare time CJ enjoys reading, listening to music, and cooking for family and friends.
